I have opportunities in West London to assist in the provision of providing a comprehensive housing management service on behalf of the local authority within a Housing Assocation. As the first person tenants contact when their homes need repair, youll play a major role in co-ordinating our repairs request process. This will mean taking the details and making appointments with them to assess priority. You will then deal with contractors who will carry out the repairs. Recording all requests and complaints, you will monitor their progress and ensure theyre resolved as soon as possible. Ideally you have administrative or clerical experience in a customer-focused environment. Familiarity with word processors and databases is key, as is the ability to organise and prioritise workloads. Knowledge of basic building maintenance terminology and types of domestic property repairs is another essential.
